Change in Yamato Delivery Service
With effect from 23 February, Naturally Plus Singapore will be utilizing Yamato’s new delivery service called TA-Q-BIN. Please refer to the table below for details of the comparison.

Re-Delivery Arrangements
If the first delivery is unsuccessful, Yamato will call the customer to arrange for another timeslot
If the first delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a delivery notice slip (Non-deliverable Slip). Customers are advised to call the TA-Q-BIN hotline to re-arrange delivery.
Re-Delivery Service (must be to same address)
Not fixed, depends on drivers schedule & timing
Customer calls TA-Q-BIN "Toll Free 1800-2255-888" line for re-delivery within same day (between 6-8pm or 8-10pm)
COD service         (Cash On Delivery)
No reconfirmation call for COD arrangement prior to delivery
Driver calls customer 10 to 30 minutes prior to delivery
Re-handling charge (Salon pick-up)

绿加利公司配合的Yamato送货公司将于223日起调整送货服务,并以TA-Q-BIN这个崭新的名字提供更好的送货服务。以下是服务项目调整前后的比较表

送货日期
星期一至星期六 (星期六只限上午)

再次配送服务联络
当第一次送货不成功,会再次致电客户以安排再次配送时间
当第一次送货不成功,送货员会留下"收件人不在家联络单(Non-deliverable Slip)" 客户可自行与TA-Q-BIN 客服中心联络,以安排再次配送时间
再次配送服务       (必需为同一地址)
不固定,必需根据送货员的行程与时间安排
客户于下午6点前联络TA-Q-BIN 免付费专线1800-2255-888,可在当天再度配送。 (介于18:00-20:0020:00-22:00)
货到付款服务 (Cash On Delivery)
客户指定送货时间后不会再次以电话确认
送货员会在送货前1030分钟联络客户
