Rules & Regulations:

1. The Campaign
1.1 The Sponsor Challenge Campaign: Go Go Festa ("Campaign") running from 1st June 2010 to 30th July 2010 (both dates inclusive) ("Campaign Period") is organised by Naturally Plus Singapore (“Company”) for Naturally Plus Singapore members, subject to these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Only existing Naturally Plus Singapore members are eligible for this Campaign.
2.2 Each member has one (1) chance to win.
2.3 Points will be combined from different BC accounts.
2.4 If the member has 2 accounts (Individual/Corporation), only 1 is eligible.
2.5 Staff of Naturally Plus Singapore and their immediate families are excluded from this Campaign.
3. Campaign Mechanics and Conditions
3.1 Members will be informed via our website, email, and posters at the Salon to take part in this campaign.
3.2 To participate, members have to sponsor new NPSG BC001 members within the campaign period.
3.3 Sponsors earn points based on the Starter Pack plans of the new applicants. 3.4 FPP purchases are not eligible.
3.5 Point system: Basic – 2 points, 1+3 Plan – 3 points, 1+5 Plan – 4 points, 1+11 Plan – 6 points
3.6 Sponsors of sponsors earn ½ point for every 1 point the sponsor earns.
3.7 Both the sponsor and the sponsor’s sponsor must have an active valid period when the new applicant registers to earn points.
3.8 9 members with the highest scores (above 20 points) win.
4. The Prize
4.1 Each member is entitled to one prize only.
4.2 Prizes won must be accepted as awarded and are not transferrable.
4.3 Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, partially or wholly or other goods/services, and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
4.4 Winner(s) must be able to travel on the stipulated dates determined by the Company.
4.5 Travel and accommodation arrangements are at the sole discretion of the Company. Trip dates and travel accommodations cannot be changed by winner(s). Winner(s) must travel on the same dates, itinerary and fare class.
4.6 Winner(s) is responsible for ensuring that all travel papers required for travel to the destination are in good order, and are valid prior to, and for the entire duration of the prize period.
4.7 Approximate value of the prize may vary.
4.8 Actual prize value will depend upon point of departure, travel dates, and airfare fluctuations. Winner(s) is not entitled to monetary difference between actual prize value and stated approximate prize value, if any.
4.9 The Company retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever. 4.10 The prize, unless otherwise stated, refers to roundtrip air tickets to Japan, 6 days 5 nights standard hotel accommodation, transportation fare and meal charges.
4.11 Tickets and packages issued will be non-extendable, non-transferable, non-reroutable, non-refundable, non-upgradable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other services; and subject to seat and room availability. Travel under this agreement does not include travel and medical insurance, excess baggage charges, other expenses such as own leisure tours, F&B (excepted hosted tours), shopping, entertainment, hotel mini-bar, laundry, telephone/internet etc. Winner(s) will be responsible for all other expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to any and all costs associated with additional travellers who may accompany Winner(s), including flight charges, services, travel expenses, transfer charges, meal charges, as well as any and all other expenses not specified in the description of the prize. Visa fees and airport taxes payable upon departure at destination will be paid for by Winner(s). Other terms and conditions apply.
4.12 Winner(s) must agree to the airline’s Terms and Conditions of travel.
4.13 Refusal to accept the prize releases the Company of all responsibility and obligations toward the Winner(s) of such prize.
4.14 The Company reserves the right to change the prize and/or the terms and conditions of this campaign at its discretion without prior notice or liability to Winner(s). 4.15 The Company shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any claims, losses, damage, injury, costs or expenses in connection with or arising out of this campaign, the redemption or use of the prizes.
5. General Conditions
5.1 The Company shall have the sole discretion to determine whether any participant should be disqualified by reason of failure to abide by these terms and conditions, bad faith, fraud or any other reason whatsoever.
5.2 In the event of a tie there will be a tiebreaker to determine the winners.
5.3 The following tiebreaker rules apply. The winner will be determined by the amount of points earned from direct sponsoring. If still tied, the member who has sponsored more new applicants wins the tiebreaker.
5.4 Should the scores of winner(s) be affected by refunds, terminations or conversion of plans (downgrades) after the campaign, winner(s) is required to either withdraw from the trip or to bear the costs of the trip.
5.5 All decisions made by the Company in respect of this campaign or in the event of any dispute are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
5.6 In the event of any inconsistencies between the English version of these Terms and Conditions and the translation in any other language, the English version shall prevail.
5.7 In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this campaign, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
5.8 The Company reserves the right to change and/or amend the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign, as it deems necessary without prior notice.
