- What is Promotional-Service-Product(s)?
It is provided for personal consumption with the aim to supply the Repeat-Product normally purchased. (You are not able to purchase it whenthe valid period is not in effect.)
- What will happen if a direct debit fails?
When the direct debit fails, your Repeat-Product will be delivered to you by C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery). In the following month, the direct debit will be automatically placed on again.
- What are the requirements for becoming a member of Naturally Plus?
To qualify as a member, you must be at least 21 years of age (signature of legal guardian is necessary for those between 18 and 20 years old), a holder of NRIC (National Registration Identity Card), EP (Employment Pass), or a bank account in Singapore. For more details, please read the Member’s Manual.
- Can a registered company in Singapore apply for membership?
Yes. Please provide a copy of ROC or ACRA Business Certificate & attach it with a photocopy of the CEO or Chairmain's NRIC and bank passbook with (account number) .
- Can I make any alteration in the membership by phone calls?
To avoid any misunderstanding for process, please make any alteration of membership by fax or hand the forms in to the customer services.
- How long does it normally take for the delivery of Promotional-Service-Product(s) and miscellaneous products?
It normally takes 5 – 7 working days.
- Does Naturally Plus hold any licence from HSA or AVA for the import and sale of SUPER LUTEIN and IZUMIO?
As both SUPER LUTEIN and IZUMIO are classified as health supplements and not medicinal products, there is no need for Naturally Plus to obtain a licence from HSA for their import. Similarly, AVA does not issue any licence for the sale of health supplements.
- Is SUPER LUTEIN Halal certified?
Our application for Halal certification is still being processed. Please be rest assured that we would put up the Singapore Halal Certification Mark from MUIS once our application is approved.
